Judge Servaas scored a victory this week in his ongoing drama of accusations of misconduct.
The Michigan State Supreme Court ruled that Servaas may keep his position and stay on the bench pending the outcome of an administrative hearing on judicial misconduct charges.
Also adding to the drama is a "secret" tape recorded by an MSP Lieutenant that was with the State Judicial Tenure Commission Director, Paul Fischer, when Fischer confronted Judge Servaas on these allegations. That tape has been released and shows Fischer pressuring the Judge into resigning.
An article from WZZM13 says that Fischer even went as far as drafting a resignation letter on behalf of the Judge on the Judge's own official stationary.
